Join us on November 4, 2025, for another engaging Women in Insurance in Nebraska (WIN) webinar. This event is part of a series designed to foster networking, idea sharing, and professional development among female peers across the state and nationwide. 

Theme: Guided session on our relationship with alcohol in the insurance industry and re-evaluating the role it plays.


For generations, alcohol has been an integral part of how we network and connect with others in the insurance industry - two martini lunches, beers after a round of golf, and the happy hours. So many happy hours. But for a host of reasons, many insurance professionals today are choosing to re-evaluate their own relationship with alcohol. If you find yourself curious about your own - or want to be supportive of those around you who might be - join this interactive conversation to unpack the role alcohol plays in our industry, the challenges we might face in our relationships with our clients, colleagues (and ourselves!) as we consider a change, and what might be possible for us if we do. Throughout this conversation Meg McKeen weaves in her own personal experience in redefining her relationship with alcohol, and shares anecdotes from others on their own path in the industry, too. To make a choice to not drink can feel heavy and with consequence; let's navigate this together in this candid conversation.
