WHAT WILL BE COVERED IN THIS COURSE:

(It is recommended that attendees take the CISR Personal Residential class prior to the CISR Other Personal Lines Solutions Course or have a working knowledge of the ISO Homeowners 3 Policy Form.)

The *NEW* CISR Other Personal Lines Solutions course (previously Personal Lines Miscellaneous) addresses coverage exclusions and limitations in the most current ISO Homeowners 3 – Special Form and the ISO Personal Auto Policy. This course addresses exposures created by clients’ business activities, their ownership or use of recreational vehicles and watercraft, as well as the need for additional coverage through Personal Umbrella Liability and Catastrophe Coverage for exposures such as Flood, Wind, Wildfire, and Earthquake. After completing this course, you’ll understand when an appropriate endorsement, other specialty coverage, or a proper referral to commercial lines may be necessary to support primary lines of coverage and provide the needed insurance protection. This course will also provide you with basic understanding of how emerging risks develop, the essentials of the risk management process, and how to apply the risk management process to an emerging risk you may uncover for your personal lines clients.
