We review the coverage options and ISO forms as they relate to Farm/Ag exposures and some of the coverage endorsements available. These coverages include Equipment Breakdown Protection, Livestock, and Mobile Agricultural Machinery & Equipment.

They can also be an area of concern because when improperly handled or issued, we can cause problems and possible E & O issues. In this session, participants will compare/contrast the Commercial General Liability Coverage Form CG 00 01 and the Farm Liability Coverage Form FL 00 20 in order to determine which form is proper for a particular client’s exposures.
