• Analyze the coverages provided by the Homeowners policies & endorsements.
• Explore common exposures excluded by unendorsed policies.
• Study the applications of coverages to specific risks.
• Discover who is best served with a Dwelling policy.
• Distinguish key differences between Homeowners & Dwelling policies

General Information

• Exam is optional for those not pursuing CISR Designation.

• In accordance with Title III of the ADA, we invite all registrants to advise us of any disability and any request for accommodation to that disability. Call 402-476-2951 with questions.

• Class may be cancelled due to low attendance.  Seven attendees are required at each location to hold the class.  Please register early to ensure classroom and seating will be adequate for all attendees.

• In case of inclement weather and you are unable to reach the IIAN office, please check with the facility where each class is being held for notice of cancellation or postponement.

Note! Nebraska CE Certificates are electronically uploaded into SBS by The National Alliance.

Registration Deadline: 8 days prior to the course

• There will be a $25 cancellation fee for all cancellations received within 3 working days of the course, whether you credit the balance to a future course or not. Full refund will only be given for cancellation by IIAN.
