Join us at Granite City near the Gateway Mall where Sam Phillips, CPCU, CIC, will provide a timely look at emerging risks in the construction industry. The presentation will explore construction industry challenges, emerging trends and issues, and economic trends facing the industry. We’ll also review Nebraska’s new construction industry independent contractor registration law (LB 139), which goes into effect September 6. 

Sam manages all aspects of the agency relationships in the state and has been a Senior Territory Manager since 2015. Prior to that, he was an underwriter with Allied/Nationwide Insurance for 10 years in the roles of Field Production Underwriter and Senior Middle Market Underwriter.
